MY VINTAGE WEDDING

Sintra wedding photography reportage of this same sex wedding was a huge pleasure for me. Jon and Ron travelled with family and friends from the US to Sintra to have their wedding celebrated at My Vintage Wedding in Sintra. Having chosen Portugal to get married after some travels, they feel in love with Lisbon and Sintra the most.

The ceremony was conducted my a friend in the quinta's little chapel. Guests wondered around the gardens to take amazing candid photos, while the grooms got ready. Being almost autumn the quinta was blessed with amazing red and golden tones, perfect backdrops.

The dinner had a decoration theme inspired in greek and roman mythology, perfectly matching their love story told during dinner throughout some small video clips prepared by the grooms.

By the end of the day, the grooms and guests were pleased with a fado singer performance. The cake was carefully prepared to portrait their fellow dogs, who were unable to travel so far for the ceremony. The dance floor was topped with some fun, crazy moments! Cheers to you Jon and Ron!

Autumn can be a delightful season to get married, especially in Sintra where there is a dense forest, and quite a diversity of fauna and flora that up-brings the most romantic scenery to the environment. My Vintage Wedding offer a combined space for celebrations with accomodation for guests.

Jon and Ron contacted me two years after their wedding for the album design. I am always so happy when my photos, your memories, end up in print. The importance of this gesture is far beyond explanation. I emphasise endlessly that you should print your photos. It does not matter if you print it with your photographer (not all photographers provide this option, but most of us do). My suppliers are few and carefully chosen. I must state that they are not the cheapest option, but once again, price is not my priority when searching for suppliers.
